Talk with DH at american customs (link on front page). His fiberglass fronts are longer than stock.

Also, what vinyl are you using. Use a strip of the 3M paint protection 8mil or 12 mil vinyl and it should last a lot longer. This is what we will be putting on our chrome radiator fronts.
