What is the best solution to this oil leak? can the new "rifle catridge" design be made to work?

Tried longer hose, been using form a gasket, all seem to fail eventually....

Appreciate any input - starting to get obessed with this one.

Get the redesign, turk says it will work on previous models. Don't know part number might be in the thread about it that turk posted.

General...are you talking about oil in the air box coming up through the CAM head breather holes due to hard reving by over zealous riders?

The front cylinder breather hose that attaches to the bottom of the airbox. It is press fit and it tends to move and leak oil in between the cyls, right behind the horn..

Mine builds up to the point where it runs down the side of the case eventually (1000 or so miles).

I'll check my 05 and see what they did in that year to stop it and get back to you.

Put a hose clamp on the hoses, stops the leaks cold.
