Will they attach to stock controls? The Joker machine web site says they are for Joker hand controls. No mention of attaching to stock Harley bikes.

Yes they will fit stock controls. I took them off my bike and my bike has stock controls. 2007 Night rod special

According to Joker machine, they fit any stock Vrod as well as joker machine hand controls.

Could these be uses a a turn signal/marker light if used with load equalizer?

Yes... But its either turn signal or marker. Not both. I used them for turn signals. You could wire them for both but that would involve resistors and diodes.
