Do I need the Drive Sprocket Flange, or will my stock one be okay?
Also do you have the Harley part number for the 30T?
I have a stock 28T currently.

I do not see a part number stamped anywhere on the pulley. It only has 30T stamped on the face. It worked fine on my 08-DX.

There's 2 part numbers for the HDI 30T sprocket in my 07 parts manual:
VRSCR : 40341-04
everything else : 40657-06A

I've no idea what the difference is....

The R has quite a few differences than the rest of the v-rod line. My part would be the "everything else" part number then.

The difference is 7%. I rarely traveled that slow on the highway's out here in AZ so I am not sure what the RPM would be.

The difference in MPH at 70 with a 28T is 4.9 mph. So going 70 on your speedometer set for a 28T running with a 30T you would be going 74.9 mph. Go out and ride at around 65 and check your RPM's and then check your RPM's at 70. That would be approximately the difference in the two pulleys. For a time, I was commuting 137 miles one way to my work. I put this pulley and really liked the results for highway travel. It is the same pulley still used for international v-rods. I found that it only took a little more rpms at take-off from the original 28T.
