I became a member a few days ago. I was just looking to learn, at the time I knew that i wanted a bike, I was just not sure what I wanted. I was looking at a Yamaha R6 very closely. It was a cherry red and an 07. I ended up with a 2007 V-Rod, vivid black, and of course, perfect.

With the 08's coming out in a couple weeks I got a really good deal. 14000 out the door.

Everything is great except, the exhaust note. At this point upper and lower chrome belt guards are needed along with some new pipes and jetting.

New pipes are always one of the first mods needed on these bikes, but since their fueld injected you won't be jetting any carbs. You'll need a PCIII, Race Tuner etc....
