Hey community!
thanks for all the years for conversation and wisdom that has been shared on these forums. Ive read through page after page and used tons of the provided info for quite a while now and figured Id finally be an official part of the group.
I have 2 Harleys:
1991 FXR with a stout 80 cube
2008 VSRCD with 12,000 miles.
Ive ridden all my life and always like the off the beaten path kind of bikes. So this is why I have an FXR and Vrod...especially why I have an 08D.
I spend my summers pounding blacktop back road highways throughout Iowa and share the passion with my kids. My goal is generally 7500 miles a year between the 2 bikes.
One major reason for joining is so I can seek some knowledge on a few things to take my 08D to where I want it, and I hope to contribute the same for others.

welcome what part of Iowa you live in ?
Im up by the Mason City area. However, I ride all over the state. Went to Bettendorf this past week. Was by Des Moines the other day. Will be in the ames area this week.welcome what part of Iowa you live in ?

sure next few weeks have family things going on maybe after that we can meet up. lot of times I ride to Omaha and back just for some thing to do I will pm you later when I get done with the family stuff and see if you are up for a ride.Im up by the Mason City area.
