Engine Number code

Hi folks - I am looking to decipher the code engraved on the rear cyl. head on a V-Rod engine. Searched and searched and can't find a site that explains it. Anybody know how? Number is *HHHE909166*. I have found that the last H is the Buell plant in Troy,NY. Because this engine is in a Campagna V13R auto/cycle the numbers cannot represent the VIN and don't appear to. All offers taken! Engine assembly part # is 19973-13K.
Best regards - Mark Lane

Quite sure it has nothing to do with EFI.

This abbreviated V.I.N. code is explained in chapter 2 of the service manual:
HH = model = VRSCDX (HP = VRSCF)
H = engine type = 1250 cc revolution EFI with full HP (J = 105 HP version, all VRSC engines are EFI)
E = production year = 2014
909166 = sequential number
Production plant code isn't shown on the engine stamped V.I.N. code but all VRSC models were made in Kansas City, MO.
