I believe the plate on the one at my local dealer said number 12 of 1200, but I'm not 100% sure.

Hmm Maybe HD did a Little investigating into the V-Rod complaints of bad salesman etc.. and are only going to let those dealerships that scored High or sold the most V-rods have them.
