I recently purchased a pair of front brake rotors from one of the members on this site and noticed that they are different than the ones on my R. In the photos, the one on the left (stock number 44343-01) is his and the one on the right (stock number 44553-06) is the one from my R.
Although the discs have the same bolt pattern, they have different diameters (44553-06 is 11-3/4", 44343-01 is 11-1/2") and the pad surface hieght of 44553-06 is 1-3/8", 44343-01 1-5/8".
My concern is that from looking at the wear pattern on my original discs (44553-06), and the discs I bought (44343-01) having a slightly smaller diameter, the pads will not have full contact with the 44343-01 discs.
Your thoughts?
