Zip tied to the frame rails under the seat, or non-movable part of front fork, make sure it does not interfere with turning or shock movements, place on side where tower or staging director can see it if they radio it up to the tower from the ground.

At my track it needs to be on right (throttle side) of bike visible to the tower operator.
