My little sister was messing around in the garage with her friends this past weekend, and somehow a shovel fell onto my airbox :banghead:and left a nice sized dent. I wonder, how hard is it to punch out that dent from the inside? I noticed there seems to be a liner or something on the inside, do I have to remove that or can I just try to push right through it?

that sucks! Your '04 has the coveted aluminum tins that aren't available any longer. You would need to cut the weld on the inner liner to tap out the dent, then re-weld the liner. Or you could just use a dent puller and some bondo.
I would take this opportunity to purchase the "Wicked" fiberglass airbox from forum member Franklin

I dropped a ladder on mine a few years ago and put a small dent in it. I took it to a dent guy who got it out. He made me drill a few small holes in the back of the airbox for him to get his tool between the skins and popped it out. If you broke the clear you will have to have the clear re-shot.
