Am assuming you are inquiring about the bleeder in the upper coolant line?

The wifes towel now being used as a shop rag almost definitely has holes in it. So yeh probably the coolant tube. Yes that’s the air bleed for filling the system

Thanks guys. So it is the bleeder cap. It had a spider web in it that made it look like a cracked sight glass. I felt like a tard when I realized it.
