coolant bottle/leaks

Seems like a lot of peeps are having some sort of coolant leak recently.

I tried to repair mine...it still leaks..not sure EXACTLY from WHERE it leaks...but it LEAKS.. I know from the DRIPS I have been getting on my person its from the coolant bottle area,and by the stains I have been seeing on the upper frame..

...so I went riding with an airhead buddy today and stopped at the local stealer to look and browse. Talked to the parts guy and he said "replace the bottle"...so I ordered a replacement one. It will be here in a couple days :moped: lets see if THAT fixes it all :chair: :hidesbeh:

There is an updated Cap. Not sure if the Bottle was involved.

Hopefully that will solve the problem.

Does it only leak after it's warmed up or do you have a leak sitting cold?

How much is that little plastic bottle going to set you back?

only leaks while riding...bottle/cap is $52...cant get the cap seperately

I ordered my replacement bottle off of amazon for $40. The replacement bottle makes so much more sense than the original. Instead of pulling fluid from the cap through a straw, it pulls from the bottom of the bottle.
