Hi, just bought an 08 AW, I think, what is the difference between an A and an AW?

Older "A's" had a 180 rear tire and 1130cc motor, to add to Stomper's post.

'AW' have Brembo brakes, 5gal fuel cell, sonar based fuel level sensor (crap), and some other upgrades over the 'A' models.
'A' has 3gal tank (commonly upgraded to 5gal)

A model also had 2 degrees more rake from the trees, 08 AW had the slipper clutch, Brembo's were on late model A and carried over with a 2 piece rear setup introduced in 07, Battery was up sized on 08 AW along with exhaust cams no longer had compression releases and 1250 new for the 08
