I'm thinking of having most of the raw aluminum parts on my vrod chromed...

Living near the sea, in a wet country, can have a very negative effect on one's state of mind!

The question is - can anyone recommend a shop which will chrome the basic parts - swingarm, triple trees, pulley, wheels (maybe) shifter and brake, for less than new chrome MOCO parts cost? It seems like such a waste to replace perfectly good (albeit no chrome) parts.

Any shared experience would certainly be welcome!
