Hmmm 1st I cannot see the Bars at all in that pict, 2nd its a Black frame which leads me to believe its a 2004 "B" at the earliest (also the bars and seating position says "B" model too), the Airbox is strange cuz it appears to be Black with the 2003 emblem (No Black Skins in 2003) but the rest of the skin set is anodized so I cannot tell what this bike is.
A very odd bike.

Black frame, black motor lower, sure looks like a B model to me. I doubt the anniversary logos belong on that bike or air box.
