I spent the buck and use "JIMS Harley Wheel Bearing Remover And Installer Tool 939". There are cheaper versions of this out there.

I picked up a blind bearing puller years ago. Discs and threaded rod can be used to pull new bearings into place. Heat hub and freeze bearing helps the process. Heating hub helps removal as well. All this helps retain the press fit on repeated bearing swaps otherwise you end up chewing the hole out over time if you only do it at ambient temps.
Install the correct bearing first, (see SM) then spacer and second bearing bottomed to the spacer.
