I'm new to the forum have only posted a thread or two. Heres my problem i received the custom map download for my rineharts, se filter kit pcIII usb, and topless but cant open it. says windows cannot open this file. needs to know where it came from. then i am suppose to pick what i want to do: eitheruse web service to find appropriate progarm, or pick from a list.
