Can't Open Rinehart Map Download for PCIII USB with SE Filter Kit

That just means your computer doesn't understand what program to use to open a file with the ".map" extension. I haven't used the Power Commander yet, but my guess is either you need to install the software that came with that first, or just drag and drop the map file to the device (which should be listed under "My Computer").
