That's my reaction exactly. I began saying " okay he did this , moved those,
etc." as soon as I saw it.
The rear end shoulda came from the factory like that. Looks like it's road race ready.:notworth:

I think that I have all kinds of post's on the build. Go to my profile and check out all gearheadesw's post's. If you're interested, I think that will get you all the info. It was a lot of work, but also a lot of fun

Makes me feel like a stalker...Below is what I found:

Removed Fork Reflectors:

Put insterments on top of handlebars so they point at my face, not my chest, cut slots in my radiator gaurd to let more air in, bobbed the rear fender , shorty exaust, techlusion fuel modifier, topless K&N. Working on 240 rear, not a lot of corners down here in south west Florida, hope it stills corners as well when I'm done. Will keep all stock parts just in case

Anything else you can think of?

How did you bob the rear fender? Tin snips & a sander?

Looks really good!!!

Wow, I have a lot more post's then that on all the stuff I've done to the bike. Did the 240 install myself no kit, cut the rear fender and mount underneath, relocated all the turn signals. Used a jig saw and tape lines for the plastic fender, and a sawzall for the metal under it. Had to build a bracket to hold the new tail light and licence plate. I thought that you could pull all the post's up by using the profile. Thanks for the interest, hope you do well with what you want on your bike, good luck

I would love to be able to make it K C, don't know how I'll be able to swing it right now. Might just pack up and go and sleep wherever, might trailer it and sleep in a tent, might win the lottery and not have to worry about anything. If I can in any make it there, I'll be there!!
