My bike delivered as a CARB compliant model. It has the evap canister in front of the tank. I upgraded to the 5 gallon tank and had to eliminate the evaporator canister. I also deep sixed the associated switchgear under the seat. I took a piece of plain fuel hose and ran it from the overflow fitting on the fuel flange to a low point under the bike. Now at every fill up, I spill 100ml or so (yeah I know, stop filling sooner)... Anyone have any issues like that, and what was your "repair"?
