What Max said..... and you'll need 2 short bolts for the front calipers. Check out the pics in my gallery.Max said:The front will bolt right on but you really need to change lines and masters to do it right. The lines on a brembo connect at the top and not the bottom like the originals did and the lines for a brembo unit are shorter.
Now the rear is a different story, the rear is made for a one inch axle and not 7/8 so you need to make a spacer for it so it will be tight or convert to the one inch rear axle swing arm.
What he said plus you need Max's Idiot Proof Brake Fluid Bleeder -- great for flushing the lines and bleeding the brakes. I replaced the front brake line but I just flushed the clutch and rear brake lines and the rear brake fluid reservoir -- everything working fine so far -- about six months now. I also replaced the clutch actuator due to the different fluid (DOT 4) used in the Brembros -- not sure that's necessary, but I didn't want to risk it -- it is a different part number and someone said the seals were made out of a different material that would resist corrosion/breakdown from the DOT 4 fluid, so.....VrodG said:What Max said..... and you'll need 2 short bolts for the front calipers. Good luck Greg

Look forward to pics. Sounds like a great setup and Yoyodyne good savings on QTMI kit, although are callipers chrome? Fitted Hel braided lines to mine. Sure you will love the 4pad Brembo callipers. Awesome full soft control right up to front metzler starting to say no more. Actually saved my skin twice to date. The pads have a great hiss when heavy braking on winding mountain roads etc. OHLIN 32K shocks on back and RACETECH kit in forks compliment brakes on mine. The Rod is as good as it gets in my viewh2oV said::them:
Doing the same at the moment. Went the creative route though, bought Brembo Goldline Calipers from Yoyodyne(do mostly race stuff) and saved about $450 on all 3 calipers; 4 piston/ 4 pads for the front and 2 pad for the rear. 310mm front rotors and QTMI brackets with Titanium Bolts to boot. I went ahead and got Spiegler black front and rear lines as well and Joker Hand Controls. I will post some pics when it is all done and back together!
