Hello, Guys,

I have problem with front brakes. Yesturday i bought 2016 VRSCDX with ABS and front brakes did not working properly. When i push front brake lever, the lever moves till the end and brakes dont work.
Any ideas what it can be? No error codes on speedometer, changed brake fluid, checked master cylinder gaskets..

Not sure if that is a reflection on the rubber cup seal or it is 2 cut marks. If they are actual lines on the cup seal, there is your problem.

Well I am always willing to learn something new, but in all my years of working on cars and bikes I have never seen a cup seal like that. I just can't see how it could function.
Had a similar problem with my 08nrs. I rebuilt the mastercylinder and it fixed the problem.
The rubber is damaged. The brake fluid comes through the scratches and has no pressure to act the calipers.

Yes you can use it because the 2008-up touring models uses the same v-rod brakes (brembo).Just make sure it is a 15mm bore.
Drag Specialties part # 1731-0209.
