I own a 2007 VRSCX. Its front brake line has developed a pin hole and H-D has obsoleted the part.

Does anyone know of a method in which I can repair the existing line or some place that I can order a After market replacement?\

If I knew the ID/OD maybe just install a splice connector at the point of breakage?

When I first purchased the bike I installed DX handlebars along with DX brake lines. The current DX brake line part is a inch or so shorter than the original and is stretched tight so it is just a matter of time before it breaks.

I’m just reading this so you may have already effected a repair. I do t know if it’ll fit, but I have a good, OEM front line from my ‘04 B you can have.

I have the OEM take-off set because I installe a braided set.

You may have a brake line / hose company that can fabricate one for you in your area. I had one made for myself to my specifcations to fit my bike rather then paying $240 Harley wanted. Cost me $50 banjo fittings and all.

So an search for custom brake lines or hose companys in your area.
