Brake light wiring '09 Nightrod

Hello,
Got an '09 Nightrod. Rear brake keeps popping my Accessory fuse. Electrical from the seat back seems okay. Are there any trouble spots where this might be touching the chassis? I'm having a hella time trying to trace this red/yellow wire. I've recently had some work done on brakes and new exhaust put on.
The shop said they'd fix it but 4 hours away. I don't wanna have to throw it on a truck. I'd cut the wire from the rear if I could and just use the front if I could find it. I don't think it's the brake switch.

Common source of short is the rear brake light switch near clutch housing on right side behind exhaust.
