just dissasembling ,cleaning and reassembling without renewing the seals is possible on callipers.as long as you dont damage them.

brake cleaner,comes in a spray can, and a pot scrubber works.gently remove the seal and clean its groove in the caliper and the bore too..use brake rubber grease on reassembly.
