2010-19,400Km bled and replace master cylinder and rear hose
2011-32,000Km bled and replace rear brake light switch
2012-43,446Km bled
2013-56,818Km bled
2013-63,672Km bled
2014-69,329Km bled
2014-70,470Km bled and replaced rear brake light switch
2015-82,851Km bled
2017-95,275Km bled
2018-103,213Km flush all brake and clutch fluids

my dealer can offer no explanation

Have you checked to see if the brake is releasing 100% as if it gets hot due to friction this will create air. Also make sure the brake line is not getting over hot by the exhaust.

brake is releasing, no drag, brake line not close to exhaust, but the factory position the brake light switch is mounted in on the 2008 bikes is very close to the exhaust, so I wrapped it with aluminized heat shield wrap
