What did you install, new clutch and brake master?

If all you changed was the masters and you kept the lines high, all you should have to do is to fill the reservoirs with fluid and then pump the handles. If all the air is at the fitting it will rise and you won't have to make a mess on the bike. Sometimes it will take 30 or 40 pumps to do it and don't do them fast, make them nice and slow so the fluid does not foam. If you already have air down the line you will need to pump them and then release the bleed valve at the brakes and slave cylinder.

If pumping the lever 30-40 times slow does not give full clutch release then you will need to remove the three bolt cover over the clutch slave and you will find a bleed screw on the top, I suggest downloading the manual for full instructions on proper bleeding.
