Overall, I've been real happy with the great looking new Arnott shocks, but it seems I'm having some trouble getting them dialed in.
After putting some more miles on them, I'm a little concerned with the way my bike is handling. It seems to really wallow around in the corners, (best way I can describe it) especially when riding 2 up. I have tried adjusting the damping and that doesn't seem to do much. Running them with more pressure at full height did seem to help some.
As others have stated, I also thought they felt a little stiff when just riding around town by myself, but this feeling while cornering is as if they are too soft/loose.
While riding solo It has the same feeling, just less pronounced.
There is no way I could ride as hard as I used to in the corners, especially if there are dips, etc.
I'm sure the ride is a little different for all of us depending on our weight etc.(I'm about 220 and the wife about 115)
I'm just wondering if any of you have noticed anything similar? Any tips?
Hopefully I'll find the sweet spot........
