I searched, after 5 pages still could not find an answer.
2009 Muscle with about 18,000 miles.
I’ve been running Mobile 1 HD 20-50 since new.
What is the general consensus on the best replacement clutch plates currently?

I’m running Barnett’s Kevlar, before that I ran the original HD clutch for 14 years which handled everything I put it thru . Also you may want to try the Slipper clutch which helps the back wheel to not compression lock up when down shifting .

I believe the 09 Muscle comes with a slipper. I'm not much a fan of Barnet due to the narrower plate contact area damaging and putting wear grooves in the basket and on the spline drive. Unless doing a really serious motor I'd go OE.
