Who makes and sells the best vrod battery??
That's the real secret I think. Those small cells don't stand a full drain very many times, and don't last long without being ridden or charged. A guy I trust at a local auto shop said the best is the cheapest you can find, and keep it charged. Forget the gel cells. They don't last any longer. They might have other properties to justify their cost, but I don't know what that would be.bgpowe said:Just curious as to way you ask? Seems to me that you should be fine with the stock battery. I just traded my 2000 Road King with original battery and never had any problems. I did however keep it on a battery tender year round.
Happy Riding!
