Barnett has two clutch kits for our V-Rods.
1 - Part# HDP-15K Consists of 9 friction, 8 steels, 5 springs
2 - Part# HDP-15EPK Consists of 10 frictions, 9 steels, 5 springs for Hi Performance application.

Has anyone installed either of these kits? If so, what did the dealer charge or did you do it yourselves? I know that the manual specifies specialized tools, but can it be accomplished without?

Thanks in advance

I wonder if Sam would provide buyers of the kit from him with instructions?

Don't expect much from Barnett as far as instructions, a close friend of mine bought a Barnett kit for his Honda VTX and kit came with zero instructions. I guess they expect one to know how or rely upon factory service manual.

Was wondering at what point did the stock clutch begin letting you down? Or was the change done just for the sake of lets be sure nothing happens?
