Any ideas for a bag that will fit over the stock passenger backrest and sit on the passenger seat? I don't have a luggage rack and not planning on adding one.

Yeah that's the one. With the backrest being so short and not having a luggage rack the tie down points to secure a bag are slim.

I'll try to get a picture of mine mounted on my muscle and post it up. I have a t bags not sure of the model but it's pretty secure once mounted and it mounts/removes fast. Hold tight man.

I got my bag from here. Worked out awesome. Rode 3000 miles with it and everything stayed dry. Looking at another trip with it this summer. It goes over the back rest and using the straps i secured it through the strap on the passenger seat and around the back rest. Works out nice also to lean on.

I wouldn't have thought the stock backrest would have been tall enough for that bag. WIth my saddlebags there isn't very many places to secure a bag. Thanks for the pics....at least now it can be done!

i gave the company the dimensions of the back rest so they could custom make it. Works pretty good.

I got this one for fathers day. It's from the stealership. Works great on my dx. It's suppose to go on a luggage rack, but I use it on the passenger seat and it works fine. My sissy bar is 6 inches, not sure how big your muscle's is, but it may work.
