what the difference between the stock seat and the Badlander seat ?

Not that I'm not certain, just my opinion on differencs I noted. First, I replaced mine. The first thing I noticed was the cover was much more attractive (fancier stitching and designs that flow with the bike's lines). Had more of a leather look to it than the stock seat. Also, I seem to sit just a bit lower. The passenger pillion, though fancier, doen't appear to be any more comfortable than the stocker. Thing I liked the most was the appearance, fancier stitching and designs, and I picked one up with the 100th logo which my wife love the look of the logo on the seat. Weather in chicago has prevented any riding yet, so I'm not certain how comfortable it is yet.

It is 1" lower than stock and the comfort level is pretty much the same.
