Anyone know if there are 2 different sizes of spacers inside the cush drive rubber star to the wheel bearinf ??? I heard from an aftermarket wheel company as per HD there are 2 different sizes on the VROD...Can anyone confirm and give the measurements???
ANYONE?? know rear pulley spacer size???

I have done several 02 and 03's and they were all the same size cush drive on all of them that I did. I have about three off of bikes laying at the house that are all the same as the ones I have on the bikes now. Been playing with polishing them and they come out very nice.

THE FACTORY UPDATED IN 2003 FROM PART NUMBER
40436-01 TO 40436-01A THERE IS .005 DIFF. IN WIDTH.
I ASSUME YOUR TALKING ABOUT THE SPACER THAT GO'S
IN THE CUSH DRIVE. THE OLDER ONE HAS A LIP SEAL
MACH INTO IT. THE NEW DOSENT.

No It Wasnt A Problem They Changed The Design,(apperance) No Lip
