I have been reading about the infernal bouncing fuel guage and most of the posts are over 10 years old. Was there every a definitive solution other than pulling master fuses and a visit to the local spiritual medium. In that same vein, is there a simple plug and play 5 gal. tank replacement for the 2003 VRSCA 3.7?
Thanks to the forum in advance for any meaningful direction.

Fredy (in Estonia) sells a 4.6 gallon tank on ebay. Unlimited Engineering (USA) sells a 5.3 gallon tank through their website. There are some differences in installation but overall they're very similar. I got the 5.3 gallon tank because its larger, made in the USA, and comes with a tool that lets you properly torque the fill valve. I'll be installing it next week.

Thank you for this information. Did your install go as planned?..
Yes, the install was very simple. The replacement required to remove pump/sender unit. Simply remove screw from bottom of old strip and unplug wires from old unit. New unit is just the reverse. Seems to be working ok.
