I bought a run/stop/turn signal conversion for my 08 DX. I put one on my FLSTS too and it makes you more noticable so maybe I won't get rear ended (again). The package said 02 and newer VRSC. Good to go right? WRONG. I didn't realize until my rear fender was laying on the hood of my Jeep, half the wiring was unplugged and I had a few small piles of bolts and washers that it was still the wrong one. I found out that HD parts labels have the manufacture date and mine was made in 11/04 as was the label that said 02 and newer. Now they don't even make that part number and there are 2 different R/S/T conversions for VRSC's. Another 2 hours drive to exchange another wrong part number...:banghead:
