I got my DX back in Dec and thought it was perfect out of the box, but every time I look at this site I see more ideas to mod the bike. That being said one of the first things I want to do is get a new exhaust put on. After talking to a few people and reading a lot of the posts I think ST may be the way to go. I like the current look of the bike and dont want to change it that much and the ST slip ons compliment the current look. I dont know which ones to get though. Any recomendations between the Kerker Ks and the Fat Shots?

Congats and wlecome. I haven't heard or seen the STs in person, but I would think it is as much about looks as anything - the Kerkers are silver with a giant logo on the side, while you can get the Fat Shots and ST universals in black.

Universals or Fat Shots?

For those that went with the universals, did you get the 5" discs or 4" discs?
Is there a big difference in the Fat Shots and Universals?
Im not trying to get too loud but I want my DX to sound like a Harley at the same time. Im looking to get a little more performance as well.

Many, including myself, have also sprayed the end with heat resistant black paint.
