Folks,

I bought a pair of the 56047-03C flame Heated Hand Grips and dished out $220 for them last year. They lasted one winter and broke down, something to do with the heating element.

I did like them when they were working so was wondering if anyone can recommend an alternative, non Harley version which might last longer and be better build quality.

This is for a 2008 VRSCAW.

Thanks in advance.

Those look pretty neat, but I know nothing on this subject.

I would wonder how long to get heat through the bars through the rubber grip to your hands. That steel in winter has got to suck the heat away!

The Harley ones have a 1 year warranty, are you too late?

i thought the alternative was whats been used for years, we call them gloves, usually made from a dead animal and have some insulation built right in.
