Amazing! A HD stealership actually had something in stock! I always have to make two trips--one to order and pay, the other to pick the part up.Cheatin said:Funny, I bought 4 yesterday and they were in stock at El Cajon Harley which is the closest to my house.

Hell! Think maybe I should start making these things for a living. Also, when I get home, I'll weld those babies on so I don't have to bend over anytime soon! :spank:0013 said:I think I will take Night Rodder's advice and secure the grommet w/ glue. Looks like its going to run me 3 bucks a piece. Arrowhead Halrey has 3 of them. Im getting them all--so if someone else needs one give me a shout.
Thanks again everyone. This is a great site.![]()

I gave up after local dealers didn’t have any…..went to auto zone and bought an assortment vacuum port caps. Stuck ‘em on the air box “male” pins and shoved it together. Works wonderful, nice cushioning and no rattle. Can anyone help me with the P/N for the air box cover rubber grommet? I lost one and need one badly. There are supposed to be 2 at the front of the lid where the cover slips into. I currnelty have one and the metal on metal vibration is grating on me. Thanks and God bless,
chris
