I have been think of this for a while. If I put a 21" Tire on the front how would it effect handling? According to the crude calcuations I did in AutoCAD it would add less than an inch to the trail. It would also tilt the bike back a degree which would result in a 39 degree rake. 4.9 trail should still be ok right?
Am I thinking clearly on this?

I Have A 21" Front Wheel And I Like The Way It Looks And It Handles Fine Too.

It will make your bike more "choppery" feeling. Which means it'll feel rear steering biased. It'll handle fine, alot slower steering feedback and the such. I tend to like a quick steering, twitchy bike that I can throw around, so I went with the 18".

stock wheel is 19". mine is 21".

21" is better than 19"

I got tired of scraping my foot pegs so I went to a 21" front wheel. Haven't scraped since. It's solid, solid as a rock and I've been up to 140 mph with this setup. It was still pulling hard at 140 mph and I weigh 230 lbs. I highly recommend 140+ hp.

For the way I ride the 21" is better than the 19" and the 240 on the rear handles good to. No one will convince me that a 240 doesn't handle well. The skuff mark line on the rear tire is about 1/2" from the edge. Anyone that says a 240 doesn't handle well should try to keep up with me.

The only thing wrong I see on your Gorgous V-rod is the Dang Butt Ugly Fork Reflectors!!!!!:barf: Take those off and add a SKR Hair Dryer" Slang for Super Kaz Racing Turbo system",and your Bike would be PERFECT!!!:cheers: :thumb: :kaz:

Consider them gone. I'm actually leaning towards a 1320 kit. I know the turbo is the way to get the most power but I like the old fashioned cubic inches power. I think the turbo quiets the bike down doesn't it?

It's a Differnt a sound.WOOOOOOOOOOSSSSSSSSH SOUND OF THE bOOST BLEEDING OF THE POP OFF VALVE IS uNREAL!:heart: :heart: :heart:I'm doing a SKR Turbo system one on my Stroker Big Bore Race Bike as we speak:eek: !

Do you have any "regular" VRODS? I mean not turbocharged, bored, stroked, etc?

I did have the Fastest Stock Street Rod "VRSCR" around but Sold it before I went to Jail on that thing "I rode it Like I stole it:hidesbeh:",and Sold it 1st:( !I have 3 other V-rod's now "2 at Kosman Specialties being Modified:eek:,and 1 at Turbo Tec USA getting a new Motor" so to aswer you question Yes I do have other's,but No they are all in the Shop be worked up:broke: ;) :kaz: !
