2012 Muscle. Looking for bags and brackets and can't find them anywhere. Open to any options.

I appreciate your looking for these bags I have a 2014 Muscle i was very fortunate to find a pair of Bags from E - Bay. I couldn't find the brackets, however I made them out of Steel Brackets see attached photos. Just have to be patient to keep looking for them usually they show up.

So as you can see the original brackets are no longer available I went through lots of efforts to mount htem properly and they are awesome

Just looked on E Bay there are three sets for sale today take a look. One set has the brackets for 900.00

[mention]TSKAL [/mention] super cool setup . With those brackets can you mount any saddlebags or just the HD one? I have been looking to get saddlebags for my 15 muscle. How much did the setup cost you with those steel brackets ?

There's a guy on here and Facebook that sells a mounting kit so you can Harley touring style bags. They look pretty good too!

Just looked on E Bay there are three sets for sale today take a look. One set has the brackets for 900.00

I just bid for one and the offer got accepted . Expecting the bags soon. Now will have to see how to fit that along with the mounting I have for zeel design luggage rack. That would be interesting.

The Bag will fit a Half Helmet, not the full face if you want I can send pictures.
Now the License Plate Bracket took some engineering to adapt it to my situation. I used Stainless Flat Stock 1 Inch bolted it to the frame extending the rear frame to accomodate the original bracket.

Thanks ! Thats interesting because I thought the muscle bags came with license plate adapters for left saddlebag .

I wasn't Lucky to get the License Plate Bracket with Bag Set. Its no longer available from HD.

They do.

Only pictures I have on this laptop with the bags on the V. (You can mount the plate horizontally. I just think it looks better this way.)

Finally got the bags. Any suggestions where I can get bracket for license plate . Also need advice if anyone has put locks on the bags .

I never figured out a way to lock them.

The License plate bracket is not sold separately.

You might be able to find a generic swingarm plate mount that could work.

I'll see if I can find some pictures of the OEM plate mount.

Another option could be to do the European Plate mount under the taillight.
