2009 NRS tail conversion

Hey guys, ive got a 2009 NRS and i love it but i really like the look of the tail on the 2012 and up NRS. So im thinking of changing the rear guard and the seat. Is that a simple change over or is there something more to it that im unaware of? Thanks in advance.
