He will also have to buy longer bolts to go through the headlight visor and he will have to grind the outer diameter of one or both of the lugs on the chrome front bracket for it to fit into the visor holes.
He will also need a friend, a protective cover for the airbox, and some patience to mount it properly without scratching the bike.
