The issue is when I signal left both lights flash (four ways) the right signal works but starts flashing faster after 3 blinks. Please help!

LED lights ? Unless the bike came with them it might not recognize them. They use lower voltage and make the vehicle think a bulb is blown and it flashes faster. Installing resistors or a module to control lights. What year Vrod ?

I've also seen dual filament style bulbs that had one filament break and cross over to the other and make lights do funkie things ..........
