I have made arrangements with the Sr. Editor of Enthusiast, the HOG magazine, for us to meet in front of the Daytona Beach Convention Center on the pavilion (an area usually set aside for displays and presentations) next to the Harley Museum @ 9:00 AM Thursday, March 4th. He will be doing a writeup on V-Rodforums.com including photographs of our bikes on the pavilion. He can't commit to Willie G. being there but considering the timing and location I think it's highly likely Willie would stop by. He has already told some members of the V-Rod team about the event and will be asking all V-Rod team members to take the time to meet with us and talk about all things V-Rod. They seem genuinely excited to meet us.

Now, all we have to do is make sure we show up .

Please vote in the poll so I can get a good idea of the member count. The plans are still fluid but the date and time are pretty well set unless there's a tremendous outcry to move it.

The issue is most of the HD people is that they are working the event so they need to get off to their stations by noon. I understand that if you live in the area but have a 60 mile ride then 9:00AM is tough.

Anyone who can make it Thursday but absolutely can't be there @ 9:00 AM (anticipated hang overs don't count :spank: ) please post when the earliest you could be there would be. (No promises, it was hard enough getting this time slot).

I plan to be there, but can't get there till Thursday late afternoon or evening. Don't worry about me, as I know its late. Just take lots of pictures. We need to set up a social meet on Friday sometime.

For those of you who have never been down there.. make sure you catch the Big Horse Power dyno pull at MMI , just a couple miles from the speedway... they do it most every day of bike week

For the people who voted No would Friday @ 9:00 allow you to make it?
For the people who voted Yes would moving it to Friday change your vote?

I have no idea if HD can move the date/time, I'll call them tomorrow to see and if they have some alternative times. If they do then I'll set up a poll to see what date/time allows for the most participation.
