I’m wanting to put 2003 exhaust on my 2013. Is the exhaust diameter the same between the 1130 and 1250?

The short answer is yes.
There are three factors that come into play when changing: the exhaust port gaskets in the heads - get the ones that matches the header/s, will the headers clear the footpegs? Front or mid mounted? Bracket for muffler varies somewhat depending on the V-rod model. Possibly must be custom made.

Thanks for the reply Knut. I don’t mind having to make custom mounts. From the link it looks like forward controls will work but maybe I’m missing something. I want to go with the side ends in the link.H-D VROD Turn Out Exhaust

TAB. Yes, forward controls will clear headers.
But keep in mind that TAB is loud. Bring earplugs for longer trips. An advantage of the 2002-06 headers is that it is possible to fit original mufflers which can be modified according to the user's wishes, also called V-mod. If there should be a wish in the future..

The one thing I worry about is the swing arm clearance. I don’t know if the area the exhaust passes by changed in width due to the 240 wide tire. I’m also going to a 300.
