Brett, find a full gasket kit... usually you can come by them on ebay, or send Tyson a PM, I think I may have bought mine from him. Separately you'll need head gaskets, check with Scott on the specific part number. I can't remember off hand.

1.engine gasket kit
2 grey RTV to seal the cases
3 big bolt to remove rotor. (Scott has it)
4 Honing stone to smooth out the edges
5 tool to reset the pistons in the sleeves
6 bearings for engine
7 tunner... What are you gioing to use? Base map if possible.
8 tool to grind clearances in the cases... if needed
9 exhaust gaskets
10 new spark plugs
11 assembly lube
12 engine cleaner in can PBJ 1 (have scott send you a couple of cans)
13 torque wrenches in-lbs and ft-lbs

When assembling use grease/oil on every bolt

Are you going to a bigger fuel pump?
Are you going to bigger injectors?

Me to come over and help you out...

Really good file for ring clearance in the cylinder.

Ring expander to put rings on the pistons safely.

Dial gage to set cams.

Impact driver for clutch nut.

Plastigage to check the bearing clearance.

permatex Ultra Grey.

The paste is just fine, no need to get the liquid.

Craig also reminded me that you need th crows feet or socket and allen socket to get the swingarm pivot shaft out.

A 6 sided tool that fits into a recess in a bolt head, and attaches to a socket wrench.
