Made a new "collector" from AISI316
Front and Rear cylinders are separatet till a turbine to prevent exhaust pressure running from a primary to another. (pumping losses)
The 55 mm diameter primaries are straight directed to the turbine for a linear flow.

The part was a nightmare for beginner TIG welder (me). Will cover it with a chromed heat sheld.

charge pipes are 2½" diameter.

Will the brace mount down to the frame? Are you rigid mounting them or will you have rubber shock grommets ? If your charge pipes are 2 1/2 inches, where are you putting in the step, isn't the stock diameter 1 3/4 or 1 7/8" ? Fabulous work ! Thank you for sharing & keeping us all motivated !

From personal experience I can advise you that:

the tack weld does not look like it will last very long
and you don't want any welding droplets fall into the turbine, so polishing inside is more important than a shiny outside

No rubbers, straight to the stock mounting place. The primaties are in four step ending to 55mm.

Bassani Xhaust, "power you can feel" :D

Turbo cooling lines and IC cooling fans are still missing.
Otherwise it is done.

A Piece of art, congratulations.

I'm wondering if the exhaust wastegate makes nasty noise when it opens? Shouldn't it be connected to the exhaust line behind the Turbo / before the muffler?
