So, that is who we voted for- #11 Frank.

Her reasoning was the same as mine; his photos are both outstanding and would look the best on a calendar.
Thanks for your support. I make a conscious effort to come up with a 'complete' picture, worthy of a calendar that you would have to look at for at least a month at a time. Now, I guess we are talking about the cover and an extra month, so there is even more reason to pick nice photos.

Vote wisely!

After a lot of deliberation and careful consideration, I decided to make a Command Decision...

I asked my wife.

She doesn't know any of you, so there is no prejudice. She came in, studied each photo several times, narrowed it down to 5 favorites. Then she asked the most ridiculous question; "Is this a bike contest or a calendar contest?"

OMG!

She finally gave the nod to #11 over #6 (the same two finalists that I had!!!) without any input from me.

So, that is who we voted for- #11 Frank.

And did she pick your bike for you? :)

Thanks for all the compliments! I really did not think I had a chance given the bikes it was up against. Billy, Jan and Frank and the rest of the bikes, hell, if I was not in the contest, I would have voted for Jan. It is quite an honor to be voted as BOY. This was my 1st attempt to build a bike/change a bike. Its funny, looking/riding it every day, it just looks like a motorcycle to me. All my inspiration came from reading this forum, seeing what others had done. Got to say, taking apart, cutting up a almost new bike (at the time) was daunting. Again, I consider myself lucky to win the Bike of the Month and now bike of the year. Thanks to all who voted for me, I am honored to represent the V Rod model!

A big thanks goes out to Lux for sticking with this for 12 months!! I know it was a lot of work and probaly a pain in the a$$. Thanks Lux, Good Job!
